DAMON FINELLI
- Job Superintendent
Damon moved to Telluride in 1978 and has been working with Overly Construction
since 1995. He earned a bachelors degree in Economics from Gettysburg
College and has been working in the construction industry since 1980.
Damons interests include hunting, hiking, rafting, and fishing.
JOHN DIX
- Job Superintendent
John has lived in Telluride since 1972 and has been working with Overly
Construction since 1999. He holds degrees in Political Science and History.
John has been involved with the custom homebuilding market in the Telluride
region since 1973. John enjoys spending time with his family and snowboarding.
ROD SMITH
- Job Superintendent
Rod arrived in Telluride in 1974 after living in Aspen. He graduated
with a degree in Business Administration and History from the California
Western University in San Diego. Since arriving in Telluride, Rod owned
and operated his own construction business before working for a local
firm for over 16 years. When not working, Rod can be found spending
time with his family, skiing, surfing, and riding his mountain bike.
Rod is a welcomed addtion to the company.
CAROLE REECE
- Accounting
Carole moved to Telluride in 1980 and has worked at Overly Construction
since 1993. She has a degree in Geology from Colorado State University.
Over the past ten years, Carole has enjoyed watching Overly Construction
grow and has helped greatly with its progress. She enjoys spending time
with her family as well as skiing, hiking, and biking.
MIKE BERGMAN
SR. - Assistant Superintendent
Mike came to the Telluride area in 2000. Born in Chicago, Mike moved
to Arizona in 1977 where he owned and operated Bergman and Sons Construction.
He holds AZ Plumbing, Electrical, and General Contractor's licenses.
Education includes Civil Technology and Management Supervision at Rio
Salado Community College. Mike is an indispensible member of the Overly
Team. Interests include woodworking, hiking, and horseback riding in
the beautiful surrounding mountains.
